Refund policy

Ibn e Moon Bedding offers a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase or your order details.

To start a return, please contact us at ibnemoonofficial@gmail.com. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, the return process may take up to 11 days in Pakistan. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
